Bedrock will be hosting a self defense class with Robert Scott from Scott Taekwondo. Registration is Free for Members through the TRIIB app and non-members can sign up for $20 with 100% of registration fees being donated to the Strong Like a Woman Campaign for the Brenda Strafford Centre.
