Whatever your day to day life looks like, CrossFit Elevate will always be a welcoming space to put yourself, your health, and wellness first. You will always be accepted, cheered on, and encouraged.

This space is for anyone and everyone; regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, what your goals are, or what your abilities are. There’s a place and a workout for everyone here.

 

Calgary’s first and Only

solely woman-owned CrossFit gym

I want our gym to be a sanctuary for people to be able to take 1 hour a day just for themselves. Whether someone has a stressful job, parents all day, or just needs the company of others–being a mom and a business owner, myself–I understand how important that hour can be. For me, it was time that I could feel like an athlete, a woman, and be myself.

 

Being a mom is such a privilege, but it is also the hardest job around. Parents tend to sacrifice their own time for their kids, making themselves the last priority.

That hour was the one time a day that was just for me, to honour my own body and soul.

I want to bring that feeling to everyone who walks through our gym doors.

CrossFit and our gym community saved me during some of the most challenging times of my life, so if I can help even one person, it is all worth it.

Our difference

  • Coaching

    We’re here for you and your goals! Our coaches will get to know you and your capabilities, which helps us coach more effectively and understand what you need. If you find yourself in a slump, our coaches are always here to help. Everybody is different, and that’s okay. All of our workouts can be scaled to any fitness level or ability, and new movements are introduced in a safe and progressive manner.

  • Programming

    We spend hours planning your workouts. Our programming consists of metabolic conditioning workouts, strength cycles, and accessory work. We believe that consistency and progression are key to athletic development, which is why we run progressive strength cycles to maximize your strength gains. Our metabolic conditioning workouts (metcons) vary in length from three to 45 minutes, each with different movements and goals.

  • Community

    We truly care. We are a welcoming community with a common goal: to be healthy and happy, and to have fun along the way. You will make friends here. This is not the type of place where you walk in and no one knows your name. There are always ways to stay engaged, like in-house extracurricular workout events, competitions, potlucks, workshops, and lots more!
