MOM STRONG is a 6 Week Program for Pre and Post-Natal women designed to help you get your strength and confidence back while all while having the flexibility of having your littles with you.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1030AM-1130AM
Babies, toddlers, and children are welcome to join and participate.
Participants can sign up for as many consecutive programs as they wish; there are no duplicates.
