Meet hanna

I have been doing CrossFit for eight years. I started CrossFit at a young age, looking for a new sport to be apart of and to keep me active. Little did i know that CrossFit would become such a huge and positive aspect of my life. My love for the sport came form the community, the progression, and the atmosphere of working hard with other like minded individuals. My favourite part about fitness is that it allows me to connect with others, help other people reach there goals and it allows me to do all the activities I like to do outside of the gym as well!

Nutrition has been a big aspect in my life. When I decided to start competing Nutrition become really important to help me fuel my performance. I have loved learning and working on my own nutrition through the years of doing CrossFit. I have tracked macros, gone through ups and down with nutrition, and have learnt about intuitive eating. Through my journey I have learnt so much along the way. Nutrition is not a one size fit all, we all have different needs and goals, and those things change all the time. I find this fascinating and exciting! Nutrition is probably the most important thing we can learn about. Fuelling our body properly to feel good in gym, be happy, and enjoy our lives outside of the gym is highly focused on nutrition!
